Kindergarten Plans for New Moore Elementary School

A new elementary school is being built nearby at Santa Fe and 34th St.   Presently, there are no plans for an all day kindergarten class.    If this effects you and your family, you might want to speak your opinion to local school officials.

City of Moore 2009 Garage Sale

Blue Stem Ridge, get out your calendars and mark April 17, 18 and 19th for the citywide garage sale! Its a great weekend to unload unwanted or unused stuff from your garage or attic. The City of Moore says that no permits are required if you call to register, 793-5000.

You can use your own signs, but do not post on utility poles. Signs must be removed within 48 hours after the sale.

One of these years I intend to make the rounds and buy. However, it looks like this will be another year for “selling.” I am still hoping to get my car in the garage!
