Celebrating Independence

Moore’s Independence Celebration will be held on Friday, July 4th,  10 am – 10 pm.   Activities include food vendors, wineries, inflatables, Children’s Tent, Arts and Crafts Vendors.   There is musical entertainment at 7 pm,  a band called “Drive”.  The day concludes with a huge Fireworks Show at dark.   The celebration will be held at Buck Thomas Park,  1903 NE 12th st.

Admission is free.   No dogs & no alcoholic beverages can be brought to the event.  The park will be closed to vehicular traffic at 7 pm or when all lots are full.

Bluestem Ridge Neighbors,  don’t forget to fly your flags on the July 4th weekend!   Show your patriotism!

 

Redhawks Play at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark

If you or your family are looking for summer things to do, remember the Redhawks baseball team!  The Redhawks play at Chickasaw Bricktown Ball Park. The next home games are June 26th – 28th against Omaha at 7:05 pm.   Go to their website for more info.

Blue Stem Ridge Neighborhood Party

The Blue Stem Ridge Board is organizing a “Back To School Party”  for our residents.  Let’s get out, hang out, shout out a little friendliness to each other!

Lunch is provided:  Barbeque/Chicken/Baked Beans/Chips.  Bring your own beverage.

This is a great time to get to know your board members.  There will be games for all ages, a dance contest, live DJ and prizes!

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 21st,  10 am – noon in the cul-de-sac on 31st St.

Annual Meeting Notice

Blue Stem Ridge did not have a quorum at the last meeting.   A new meeting has been scheduled for January 31, 2013 at 7 pm at the Moore Library, 225 Howard St.

A proxy vote has been sent out in the mail.   If you cannot attend, please sign your form and give to a trusted neighbor or someone who will attend so we can vote on new board members and any other business that is appropriate for the meeting.

If you fail to attend or return the proxy,  one of the present directors will vote in your place.
