BlueStem Ridge Halloween

The Board is sponsoring a Halloween party for our neighborhood children on Thursday, October 31st. There will be games, popcorn, cotton candy and prizes. 5 pm to 7:30 pm. at 31st St. Cul-De-Sac.

Costume Contest: for pre-school, elementary, intermediate and high school kids.

Be A Good Neighbor!

Be a good neighbor and please keep your lawn mowed. It also is important to take care of the weeds or they infect neighboring yards. What you do or neglect to do, effects others and our property values. Everyone likes to live in a beautiful neighborhood. Would you do your part?

Walking Your Dog

-----Be a good neighbor and do not let your dogs potty on other lawns. This has a domino effect and your consideration will be much appreciated. Your dog's poop is your responsibility. To those who are frustrated with the owners of dumping dogs & cats, see one solution that was posted June 18, 2008 in the Yahoo Group. Try that suggestion at your own risk!

Exterior Changes

-----Any exterior structure change to your property must by submitted in advance and approved by the Architectural Committee. See Article IV, Section 1 in the Covenants for specifics.
