Treasurer:  Since Martha Brewster’s passing, we have not been informed of  her replacement.
 
Secretary: Ken Thompson 
1. Wanted to be on the BOD to protect property values and community interests.

2. Experience: Vice-Chairman of Fresh Start Community Church Leadership Council for 4 yrs; Council member 6 yrs; past Deacon of Eastern Ave. Baptist Church 1979-2001, Sunday School Director EAB Church.

3. Received a letter from the Association regarding travel trailer parked on lot. Removed it. Letter for delinquent dues was paid promptly in 2007.

4. Yes, he would agree to a background check if necessary.

 1. Why do you want to be on the Blue Stem Board of Directors? I believe in being proactive and would like to lend my time for the purpose of protecting and improving our neighborhood.

 2. What experience, skills, community service do you have that pertains to Board responsibilities? Republican Precinct 9 chairman.  Own and operate a business.  Held numerous supervisory & leadership roles.

3. Have you ever received a letter from the Association or it’s attorney for covenant violation?  Why and how was it resolved? N/A

4. If appointed to be an Officer, you may be subject to a background check.  Would you agree to this?  Yes.
