Mr. Winton has written a legal issues book for HOAs and this is available for purchase at the seminar.   I believe the cost is around $80. and well worth it considering there are sample forms, explanation about state law, etc.

Its a great weekend to unload unwanted or unused stuff from your garage or attic. The City of Moore says that no permits are required if you call to register, 793-5000.

You can use your own signs, but do not post on utility poles. Signs must be removed within 48 hours after the sale.

One of these years I intend to make the rounds and buy. However, it looks like this will be another year for “selling.” I am still hoping to get my car in the garage!
