Blue Stem Ridge Business Meeting

All residents are encouraged to attend the business meeting on Friday, June 26, 2009 at 7 pm. The meeting is being held at the Moore Public Library.

This is one of the two times a year that the Board of Directors will report on their activities. Plan to attend and bring your questions!

Be A Good Neighbor!

Be a good neighbor and please keep your lawn mowed. It also is important to take care of the weeds or they infect neighboring yards. What you do or neglect to do, effects others and our property values. Everyone likes to live in a beautiful neighborhood. Would you do your part?

Walking Your Dog

-----Be a good neighbor and do not let your dogs potty on other lawns. This has a domino effect and your consideration will be much appreciated. Your dog's poop is your responsibility. Exterior Changes

-----Any exterior change to your property must by submitted in advance and approved by the Architectural Committee. See Artivle IV, Section 1 in the Covenants for specifics.
